We are a Southern Cross Easy Claim Member

Southern Cross Health Society Easy-Claim (“Easy-Claim”) is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form.

Simply present your member card to our reception when you come to pay. If your plan covers the service and it qualifies Southern Cross will reimburse Prebbleton Dental directly. All you need to do is pay Prebbleton Dental any contribution you are responsible for.

AfterPay

Afterpay allows you to pay for your dental treatment across four equal fortnightly payments with no added interest and no additional fees.

Q Mastercard

For Dental treatments over $200, we can offer you up to 24 Months Interest Free with Q Mastercard which allows you to get your Dental work done and pay it off over time.

We can also offer no payments and no interest for 6 months (“Payment Holiday”).

Please ask at reception how to apply (if you are a new Q Mastercard holder), or how to use your current Q Mastercard within the clinic to pay for your treatment.

*24 months interest free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for in-store purchases only. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF Interest Free Period. Rates and fees subject to change. ACC accredited

If you have a dental injury caused by an accident, a sporting injury or as a result of dental treatment one of our ACC registered dentists can help.

For ACC treatment there is often a part-charge or surcharge which varies depending on the required treatment.

Pre-approval from ACC may also be required for more complex treatments such as crowns, implants and dentures.

The initial assessment is often fully covered by ACC and we can advise of any part-charges for your specific treatment.

WINZ quotes

We are Work and Income registered and accept WINZ quotes or can help you with getting a WINZ quote.

If you are on a low income or benefit, WINZ may be able to help you pay for immediate and essential dental treatment.

You can apply for up to $1,000 a year, which you don’t have to pay back.

Please note; Unfortunately, we do not accept Community Services Cards.
